June was an exciting month with our honor of being recognized as a 2024 Inc. Best Workplaces. Honorees were chosen as a result of a third-party survey in which our team members shared their positive experience of being part of our S-One family. The employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture.
"This recognition represents a strong vote of confidence that our team members enjoy our work environment that embraces our values of Openness, Accountability, Customer First, Respect, Embrace Change, and Selfless Service," stated Art Lambert, S-One Holdings Corporation Co-Founder.
As part of our commitment to the communities we serve, our team members showed their support of our longtime nonprofit partner, All Faiths Food Bank, with food and monetary donations and by sharing their culinary talents in our 2nd Annual Grill- Off. Team members showcased their specialties on grills and smokers and had their cuisine judged by professional chefs. This event brought attention to the End Summer Hunger campaign to help our neighbors in need. Over 40,000 children in our community will be in need of food this season.
